Coverage you can review

Get the Warranty Terms in Writing

Warranty terms can differ by turf product, manufacturer, application, and installation scope. We identify the coverage attached to your proposed system so you can review it before accepting the work.

Two different responsibilities

Product Coverage Is Not Workmanship Coverage

Keeping these documents separate makes it easier to understand who reviews a claim, which conditions apply, and what evidence may be required.

Manufacturer Product Warranty

This is issued by the manufacturer for the specific turf product. Its duration, covered defects, exclusions, remedies, transfer rules, maintenance requirements, and claim process come from the manufacturer's written document.

Ask for the document associated with the exact product named in your proposal rather than relying on a general website term.

Installation Workmanship Terms

These terms apply to YardGuard's contracted installation scope. The proposal or agreement should identify the workmanship commitment, its duration, exclusions, notice process, inspection process, and available remedy.

Conditions outside the contracted scope—such as third-party damage, later construction, drainage changes, or misuse—may be treated differently.

Before and after installation
